Where are you?

Let’s dive right in! Therapy is a place where there are no rules of how you should be thinking, feeling, or being. It’s a space for you to navigate them and for me to walk alongside you through transitions and transformations. You are the expert of your own life, and where you are is where we’ll start. I use evidence-based, results-driven approaches tailored to your unique experiences. Navigating emotions and making permanent changes is messy and hard work, but it can be done. Therapy is a safe space and the foundations for a toolkit you can carry with you into the future. I am here to nurture, support, and at times point out your blind spots in this process to become the fullest version of what you can be.
